We acquired the building right next to our 2023 Mixed Use Investment via Seller Financing. We have town approval to add a 1,600 sq ft 2bd/2ba caretakers unit on the top floor.
We plan to use this building as a home base and office over the next several years.
This has been our biggest project yet. A nine month, nearly $200,000 renovation to bring the five unit building back to live.
Currently, all four apartments are on annual leases and the Restaurant, Casamigos is set to open in the spring of 2025 after a significant renovation.
