This was our first attempt at a true fix and flip. We bought a hoarder house in late 2021 and sold it September 2022. This was one of the most transformative projects to date.

This was our first duplex and probably our last. It allowed us to live closer to near work but was one of our least profitable real estate investments looking back.

Passed on Deal - 2023
We passed on an off market opportunity due to a $10,000 difference between the us and the seller. The property sold 3 months later for $135,000 over the initial ask...
Passed on Deal - 2022
We had a 208 acre land deal in Bethel, ME under agreement for 5 months but failed to get to closing after a lengthy due diligence period. This one could have been fun but was ambitious!
